If You Haven’t Logged In:
Step 1: Access Login Page
- On the Login page, click “Forgot password”
Click “Forgot password”
Step 2: Send Email to Reset
- Enter your email and click “Send email”
Enter “Email” and click “Send email”
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Open the password reset email and click “Reset My Password.”
Click “Reset My Password”
Step 4: Set a New Password
- Enter a new password that meets the requirements. Then click “Submit”.

If You’re Already Logged In:
Step 1: Access Account Settings
- Go to Settings - Account dashboard.
Step 2: Initiate Password Change
- Click “Change password.”
Click “Change password”
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Open the password reset email and click “Reset My Password.”
Click “Reset My Password”
Step 4: Set a New Password
- Enter a new password that meets the requirements. Then click “Submit”.
Enter a new password then click “Submit”
